9
What makes up HeliKart's one-hour business profitability (finances)
Item 9

HeliKart one-hour profitability

Heli karting is a highly profitable business project. HeliBaltic uses it in the entertainment industry (see www.helibaltic.lv) — adventure flights for people who want to feel for themselves what it's like to lift off in a Heli Kart. Interest is very high because anyone from age 14 can fly without a pilot licence or medical certificate.

1h profitability may differ from business to business. HeliBaltic has no bank loans (usually the largest 1h cost item), has its own service and all necessary infrastructure. The payback plan: on average, selling 1 hour per day equals 100% of the financial plan. Since 08.05.2026, fulfilment is 56% and demand is growing.

HeliBaltic's 1h costs consist of:

  • Depreciation of the new hangar and HeliKart
  • Operator's gross salary (bruto)
  • Fuel — 15 L/h
  • Maintenance after every 50Mh
  • Administration
  • Insurance
  • Utilities

HeliBaltic's 1h profitability is 43%.
